30-day money-back guarantee
If a book isn't for you, email us at myveyra@gmail.com or write to us from our Contact page within 30 days of your purchase, with your order number. We'll refund your order in full to your original payment method. You don't need to give a reason and there's nothing to send back.

How long it takes
We answer refund requests within 2 business days. Once we approve a refund, your bank or card provider usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

Download problems
If your download link doesn't work, write to us first. We'll send you a new link straight away.

Fair use
The guarantee is for people who buy to use the books. We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person on the same products.

Your legal rights
